CCIM Education Scholarship Guidelines

 

To qualify for a Mid-Atlantic CCIM Chapter Scholarship, applicants must be paid members of the Mid-Atlantic CCIM Chapter at the time of application and at the time the scholarship is used. Our scholarship program is designed to support professionals who are actively pursuing the CCIM designation and committed to advancing their careers in commercial real estate.

Scholarship Eligibility & Participation

• Applicants must be active members of the Mid-Atlantic CCIM Chapter. Not a member yet? We encourage you to join the chapter and become part of our professional network.

• When you join the chapter, you gain access to a community of experienced CCIM Designees and Candidates who are passionate about advancing the commercial real estate profession.

• Applicants are encouraged to participate in chapter events and networking opportunities and become engaged with the Mid-Atlantic CCIM community.

• Get to know local CCIM Designees, who can share their experience and insight about the CCIM designation and the industry.

• Visit the Chapter Members page on this website to connect with professionals in your area.

 

Scholarship Terms

• Scholarship applicants for the current year are eligible to receive funding toward one (1) CCIM Core Course.

• Scholarships must be used for in-person CCIM courses in order to qualify for reimbursement and cannot be applied to online courses.

• Scholarship recipients must remain active members of the Mid-Atlantic CCIM Chapter to receive reimbursement.

 

Strengthening Your Application

We encourage applicants to become active within the chapter community. Attend events, introduce yourself to CCIM Designees, and share your interest in pursuing the designation. Applicants who are engaged with the chapter often have stronger scholarship applications than those who are simply names on a form.​
