Since 1967, The CCIM Institute has set the standard in commercial real estate education, technology, and professional networking.

Chapter History
Founded in 1987, the Mid-Atlantic CCIM Chapter has served as a professional hub for commercial real estate practitioners throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. The chapter was established to support the advancement of the CCIM designation and to foster collaboration among professionals committed to excellence in commercial real estate.
Over the years, the chapter has grown into a respected network of brokers, investors, developers, lenders, attorneys, appraisers, and other industry leaders. Through educational programs, networking events, and industry engagement, the chapter continues to provide valuable opportunities for professional development and meaningful connections.
